About this set
How many Javier Saviola wallpapers are there, and what sizes?
2 files in 2 different sizes, from 1024 by 762 up to 1024 by 768. No two of them share a size.
Will these fill my screen without being stretched?
Not at full size: the biggest of the Javier Saviola wallpapers stops at 1024 pixels on the long edge, so a 1080p monitor scales both up. Both are published at that size, never enlarged.
Are they for a monitor or a phone?
Both are landscape, cut for a monitor. Turned sideways onto a 9:16 phone screen, the largest of the Javier Saviola wallpapers keeps about 432 pixels of its width and loses the rest.
Which is the biggest file, and what screen does it suit?
The largest of the Javier Saviola wallpapers is 1024 by 768, which is smaller than a 1080p screen in at least one direction, so on any current monitor it is scaled up. The other file is within a few pixels of it.
Is there a portrait version for a phone?
Not in this set: both files are landscape. The mobile and tablet collections hold portrait files.
How big are the downloads?
51 KB at the smallest and 85 KB at the largest, 136 KB for both together. The Javier Saviola wallpapers are served exactly as stored, with no re-compression on the way out, so the 1024 by 762 file arrives at the 85 KB the card shows. None of the 2 passes 1 MB, and the lightest, 1024 by 768, is 51 KB.
Do these suit a light or a dark desktop?
Both of the Javier Saviola wallpapers measure dark, the darkest at 40 on a 0 to 255 scale, so desktop icons stay readable over them without a shadow.
Can I use these anywhere I like?
On your own screens, yes, without an account.
