Celtic Wallpapers — 1 Free Download
The library holds 1 Celtic wallpaper. The one Celtic file is landscape, cut for a monitor and not for a phone. The single size on offer is 900×720.
The one Celtic file is 900×720, short of 1920 on the long edge, so a 1080p screen scales it up. 1 of the Celtic files sits at 1280 pixels or below — the older part of the collection, down to 900×720. Every card below carries its own pixel size.
The one Celtic wallpaper the library holds is on this page. Nothing is queued and nothing sits behind a sign-up.
About this set
How many Celtic wallpapers are there, and what sizes?
1 file in 1 size, 900 by 720.
Will these fill my screen without being stretched?
Not at full size: the biggest of the Celtic wallpapers stops at 900 pixels on the long edge, so a 1080p monitor scales it up. It is published at that size, never enlarged.
Are they for a monitor or a phone?
The one file is landscape, cut for a monitor. Turned sideways onto a 9:16 phone screen, the largest of the Celtic wallpapers keeps about 405 pixels of its width and loses the rest.
Which is the biggest file, and what screen does it suit?
The largest of the Celtic wallpapers is 900 by 720, which is smaller than a 1080p screen in at least one direction, so on any current monitor it is scaled up. Every file here is that size.
Is there a portrait version for a phone?
Not in this set: the one file is landscape. The mobile and tablet collections hold portrait files.
How big are the downloads?
131 KB. The Celtic wallpapers are served exactly as stored, with no re-compression on the way out, so the 900 by 720 file arrives at the 131 KB the card shows. It stays under 1 MB.
Do these suit a light or a dark desktop?
The one Celtic wallpaper measures dark, at 57 on a 0 to 255 scale, so desktop icons stay readable over it without a shadow.
Can I use these anywhere I like?
On your own screens, yes, without an account.
